Our Leadership
Eric Stange leads Eaglewell Partners with a simple conviction: founders and investors deserve clear insight, strong negotiating position, and strategic perspective when making decisions that shape the future of their businesses.
As Managing Partner, Eric works directly with founders, investors, and leadership teams to strengthen capital positioning, support growth initiatives, and prepare for successful exits. His approach centers on helping clients understand their options, negotiate from strength, and align financial decisions with long-term ownership objectives.
With more than two decades in investment banking, corporate banking, and capital markets, Eric has advised on transactions exceeding $6 billion in enterprise value, including IPO financings, corporate bonds, syndicated credit facilities, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and middle-market loans. His leadership experience at Raymond James, Fifth Third Bank, and Bank of America’s Global Corporate Investment Bank provides clients with an institutional level perspective when working with lenders, investors, and potential buyers.
Earlier in his career, Eric worked in quantitative finance for international hospitality leader Marriott International and taught graduate-level business finance at the University of Central Florida. These experiences shaped his ability to translate complex financial dynamics into clear, actionable insight.
At Eaglewell Partners, Eric’s leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity, discipline, and trust. Clients benefit from thoughtful, senior level guidance through complex financial decisions, while teammates are empowered to operate with integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a shared commitment to excellence.
